Introductions / Thank Yous
Thank you cards we received
from gifts last year were shared. Introductions
around the room.
Welcome BBQ
Tomorrow is the BBQ at Bayside—weather
looks good.
Need tables for sign-up
(Molly has at her house; Seguins will help deliver). Need coolers and trash bags.
Everything all set to go!
Beltrami Fall Family Photo Fundraiser
1 slot left to fill for
9/22. Volunteers needed to be available
for questions. Will create sign up
genious. Bryan and use of Library confirmed.
Taxes
4 PTO groups in Colchester,
all with separate bank accounts. Need to
apply for LLC / 501C3 status -OR – establish
as PTA and pay dues to belong.
Review in October – anyone with
LLC experience?
Treasurers Report
April reported to Brady that
all finances are same as August meeting.
No changes.
1 additional check to hand in
from Fall Photo fundraiser (@32.00)
Fall Fundraiser
Email Toni with any
questions; info has gone home with students.
Lila assisted with prep (THANK YOU).
Reminders will go out about
deadlines. Volunteers needed for Friday
before Thanksgiving when orders need to be sorted; they will be sent home with
parents at Teacher’s conferences.
New this year = create an
account for child prior to online ordering.
Buy Local App vs Coupon Book –
$20 app/ UMS gets $10; $8.00/book. Purchase
a case of books (@26) and see how it
goes.

VT Arts Coucil
Lowes Grant (@5K towards
maintenance/safety projects/etc.) 2 Apps/year
Sept/Feb
4 Winds Grant – for outdoor
nature space (research / not sure since we just dropped this program).
Book Fair
10/1 -10/4 -need volunteers
for preview and sale – signup sheets in library
Chilly Champ Fun Run
Saturday 11/3 9a-11a. Ribbons to be ordered 9/12.
Reach out to McDonalds for
donations again; get baked good volunteers.
Family Skate
Essex Arena available 3/30
4:30-6:30
Yearbook Deadline
TBA – email received but Jodi
has not reviewed deadlines yet.

and/or Kate to take.
