Sue to create sign up genius. *Need more 8oz water bottles! Need help with balloons, healthy treats (more
fruit). Make sure to block water fountain
due to safety hazard. Toni has gone
back/forth with DJ. Chris has confirmed
Beltrami.
Box Tops
Liz reported happy with recent campaign; check received for
$443.30! All classes had participation so
will get a free recess time. Next
deadline is 3/1.
Yearbook
- Deadline to order is 2/1 – only 25 ordered to date. Send reminders/push sales next 3 weeks.
- Review pages now (Family skate n/a due to date of event past deadline). Also reviewing pictures and will reach out to teachers as needed.
- Sell leftover books at Field Day for $20.00??
- Are we doing Grandfriends day?
- Need class pictures from Beltami.
Financial Report
- April was unable to attend; asked that any checks needed, or pending payments please get submitted. Only check is for DJ @250.00. Pending funds from Beltrami (Chris has reached out).
- Estimated ear end cash projection $3433.00.
Miscellaneous Items
- Kindergarten student has lost a parent anything PTO can do? Chris said the family has advised they don’t need anything, and he should return to school this week.
- Artist in Residence display during parent/teach conferences vs Open House night? Chris to investigate. Excited about the program!
- Champ Game – 6/20/19.
- Fall Fundraiser - @$2700.00 profit. $12 cash donation to forward to April. @18 Buy Local books left to sell; @60 in profit from the App. Historically made more with Meadow Farms – do we go back??
