VT Arts Council Grant
Online Application with
rolling deadline. 75% received upon
approval; 25% received 30 days after event.
Approximately $250/day for 5-day event.
Christ confirmed we adhere to daily hour guidelines/breaks per Council’s
agreement.
Toni to reach out as she needs
assistance with application and required forms.
Fall Fundraiser
Red Barn is vendor – trying
to push for incentive which UMS does not participate in, so Toni will decline
offer.
Lyla is helping to organizer;
hoping she will take over for 2019-2020 school year.
Info sheet to go out within
first few days of school.
Beltrami Fall Family Photo Fundraiser
Great success! 28/30 slots filled and $817.50 raised so far.
1 family asked to switch
slots so Sue arranged internally.
Potential extra income with 20% of photo sales!
BTFE (Box Tops)
Box Tops was submitted
7/28/18 by Sue. Approximately $197.50
submitted.
Confirm in September meeting
that Rajee and Liz are setup for future submissions and administration.
Grand Friends Day
Move to March? Try to get closer to voting day to show how
great schools are?
Brady to place ads with
Parks/Rec; 55+ section for volunteers.
Adopt a Class?
TSHIRTS
Grade K only this year. Marla has quotes from different vendors;
review in September.
Measure students on picture
day again (9/13).
Welcome BBQ
Brady is heading up this
project. Sue to check for sign in genius
form and advise Brady.
Kate to call Shaws for sheet
cake; Sue to call Hacketts for apple donations.
