Full Length Spring Pics – UMS
gets $2.00/package. Held at UMS
(similar to picture day)
Family Fall Portrait Day –
UMS gets sitting fee (suggested 30.00/family) plus 20% of package sales. PTO facilitates sign-ups and assists with
picture day organization. Suggested
Saturday (backup day Sunday). Pay in
Advance (nonref sitting fee). Packages
start at 139.00, no commitment.
Joy to confirm date with
Bryan re Fall Portraits; UMS to offer $25 fee prior to 6/15 / $35 fee after
6/15. Sue creating sign up genious. Payments due within 7 days or appointment
cancelled. Non Refumdable Fee. Flyers to be sent out after Kindergarten Info
night to all. First come First Serve
appointments.
Flower Sale
Flyers to go home around
4/16; due by 5/3. Pick-up 5/10 –
volunteers needed to help!
Typically a good fundraiser
for the PTO – fingers crossed for another good year.
Teacher Appreciation
5/7 – 5/11. Brady and Maria to take the lead for
2018. Need to spend as little as
possible due to current financial status.
Ideas: Healthy food, wish lists from teachers. Have kids make cards/gifts for teachers.
Artist in Residence program
important to staff so money should go towards that.

Four Winds paid; expenses
seem to be more lately than previous years (2016 – 2900.00 / 2017 – 2600.00)
Pending Box Tops check and
spring flower sale income; trying to keep MM account established for Artist in
Residence program payment.
