Four Winds
Approximately 3 unites/grade; 83% participation now.
Currently 898.33/year- going up to 916.67 2018. $300.00/kit- costs shared with PPS.
Chris recommended to discontinue; move forward with new
program that has hands on activities; parent volunteers still required. PTO
VOTED: discontinue program.
Buy Local APP/ Fundraising
Sold @10 apps; $100 profit for UMS.
Fall 2018- Red Barn Fundraiser -volunteers needed to help!!!
At Welcome BBQ hand out flyers for Buy Local App.
Special Person Dance
Another Success! Beltrami never showed up- deeply apologies.
Will be at Family Skate. 2019 LESS FOOD I MORE WATER!
Family Skate
3/10 4:30- 6:30 at Essex Rink.
Kathy will pick up pizzas. Volunteers needed.
Artist Grant
To be discussed at Next Meeting.
Yearbooks
NEED PICTURES!
Orders Low / average 120- at 95 as of today. UMS to buy 5 to meet minimum.
No Lake Monster game due to rained out; no BBQ pictures. Ask
families to share pictures via newsletter/google box.
Organize PTO Documents
Marla offered to gather documents/information from PTO
various staff and organize with excel sheet for future handoffs and sharing
information.

Joy has collected and is making 3/1 submission.
