Book Fair
Need to solicit more help for
Lynn – especially at night/always relied on friends – may be ‘tapped out’.

Doc to volunteer for events (April will send copy to Brady for review).

Spring goes to PTO.
Toni contact Rotary for Literacy Grant about possible assistance.
T-Shirts
Free for all grade K and NEW
UMS students.
Toni was phenomenal with organizing. Much better financially—about $1K savings.
Next year – separate form for
grade K to help sort payments.
Grants
We were denied Arts Grant.
Lowes Toolbox for Education
Grant (about $5K); reach out to staff for ideas – permanent school safety
(i.e.covered play area, etc.)
Fall Fundraiser
Lyla/Amy will take over for
next year. Need to tally up and will
advise next meeting.
Buy Local App – UMS18 – UMS gets
$10 per APP/BOOK purchased. @250 coupons
within VT
Special Person Dance
2/15/19 6:30p-7:30p (registered gym for 5-8pm).
More fruit and water this
year – less baked goods.
Need a volunteer to take over
for next year!

registering people to vote and advertise to help community members get out to
vote?

Beltrami Update
Overall Successful Event! Approximately $817 in sitting fees – get 20%
of photo sales.
Small discrepancy with
package rates – flyers received on photo day were higher, but Bryan honored initial rate. Sent email to all families to advise of correct
rates.
4 no-show families.
Next Year – local photographer
that offers Digital photos and better packages??
Box Tops Update
204.00 submitted so far; Fall
event ends 10/26/18, currently at approximately 110.90.

Welcome BBQ Follow Up
Huge Success again! Next year apply for water/hose access.
Food served only 530p- 630p
for next year – grill must be returned by 7p.

cakes perfect. Send out reminders for
paperwork next year.

card donations on school letterhead – use gift card to buy food.

too many issues with previous application and costs money…overall GREAT experiences
and welcomed change!!
